Ingredients For antipasto salad/sandwich filling

  • 1/2 c
    banana pepper rings
  • 1/2
    red onion
  • 1/4
    head lettuce
  • 1
    tomato
  • 1/4 lb
    salami
  • 1/4 lb
    ham
  • 1/4 lb
    turkey
  • 1/4 lb
    pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb
    pepperjack or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    italian dressing
  • garlic bread made with sourdough bread or french rolls.

How To Make antipasto salad/sandwich filling

  • 1
    Cut or dice the onion, peppers, lettuce and tomato in bite size pieces. Dice meats and cheese. Place in large bowl as you go.

    Stir together the mayonnaise and italian dressing. Pour over cut-up items and mix in. Put bowl in fridge til ready to serve.

    For Salad ~ serve in individual bowls along with toasted garlic bread.

    For Sandwiches ~ serve in toasted garlic bread rolls.
