Ingredients For antipasto salad/sandwich filling

1/2 cbanana pepper rings

1/2red onion

1/4head lettuce

1tomato

1/4 lbsalami

1/4 lbham

1/4 lbturkey

1/4 lbpepperoni

1/2 lbpepperjack or mozzarella cheese

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/2 citalian dressing

garlic bread made with sourdough bread or french rolls.
How To Make antipasto salad/sandwich filling

1Cut or dice the onion, peppers, lettuce and tomato in bite size pieces. Dice meats and cheese. Place in large bowl as you go.

2Stir together the mayonnaise and italian dressing. Pour over cut-up items and mix in. Put bowl in fridge til ready to serve.

3For Salad ~ serve in individual bowls along with toasted garlic bread.

4For Sandwiches ~ serve in toasted garlic bread rolls.
