Ingredients For grilled pita, cheddar, sprouts,& mushrooms

  • put under the broiler 1 minute
  • 1
    pocket pita bread
  • 1/2 c
    alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/3 c
    cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    green onion optional
  • 6
    mushrooms cut up
  • oil ,vinegar,water, and make mustard vinegarette
  • for a minute till cheese is bubbly
  • 1
    avocado sliced optional

How To Make grilled pita, cheddar, sprouts,& mushrooms

    The ingredients you will need is a pita, sprouts, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, green onion and avocado optional.

    Place the pita on a cutting board and cut in half. Add the cheese, sprouts, and mushrooms.

    Place the pita in the broiler for 3 minutes.

    Cheese must be bubbly and pita crispy.

    Add mustard, oil, water, and vinger to make a vinegarette in a bowl and serve. Add avacodo optional.
