Ingredients For grilled pita, cheddar, sprouts,& mushrooms

put under the broiler 1 minute

1pocket pita bread
-
1/2 calfalfa sprouts

1/3 ccheddar cheese grated

1 Tbspgreen onion optional

6mushrooms cut up
-
oil ,vinegar,water, and make mustard vinegarette

for a minute till cheese is bubbly

1avocado sliced optional
How To Make grilled pita, cheddar, sprouts,& mushrooms

1The ingredients you will need is a pita, sprouts, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, green onion and avocado optional.

2Place the pita on a cutting board and cut in half. Add the cheese, sprouts, and mushrooms.

3Place the pita in the broiler for 3 minutes.

4Cheese must be bubbly and pita crispy.

5Add mustard, oil, water, and vinger to make a vinegarette in a bowl and serve. Add avacodo optional.
