2 bagpotatoes, frozen (chips )

500 gbacon (cut into small pieces )

4 lgeggs

300 mlthickened cream

1 cmilk

2 pinchsalt and pepper

1 cgreen shallot (finely chopped )

1 cmozzarella cheese, low-fat (shredded )

1 lgred capsicum ( chopped into small pieces )

1-2 Tbspbutter (for grease baking dish)

1/2 cbread crumbs, dry (for dusting baking dish )
How To Make french potatoes

1Preheat oven to 170 C Grease the baking dish with butter and dust with bread-crumbs,then start make it layers.First put on bottom potatoes chips,then bacon,little bit of cheese,shallots and capsicum.Season with salt and pepper.Repeat until you use all potatoes.Last layer must be potatoes.In a small bowl mix milk with eggs and thickened cream and pour over potatoes.On top sprinkle the remaining cheese.Put to oven and bake until all milk is evaporated or when the top is nice and golden. Serve on its own or with any meat.
