where i live it is alot of french people,cajuns,but,they also cook traditional french dishes down here also,this is easy and very good.

Ingredients For easy french cassoulet

1 lbpork,not ground,cut into cubes

1/2 lbsausage links,

2 clovegarlic,minced

1 cchopped tomatoe

2 canbean with bacon soup

1/2 cansoup can of water
-
1/4 cchablis or dry white wine

1bay leaf
-
1/2 cchopped onion
How To Make easy french cassoulet

1brown the pork an saugage,add the onion,garlic and cook till tender,make sure your pork is done.drain off the pork fat ,add the rest of the ingrediants.mix all this up,and pour into a casserole dish.

2bake 375 degrees for 1 hour.remove bay leaf and serve with french bread.
