Ingredients For crab quiche

1 1/2 cshredded sharp cheese(good quality required)

2 Tbspflour
-
1 1/2 chalf & half,(any kind of milk can be substituted)

4eggs
-
1 pkg6 oz frozen crab or substitute

1/2 cgreen onion slices
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
dash of pepper
How To Make crab quiche

1Toss the cheese with flour. Add half and half or desired milk, eggs, crab, onion and seasonings. (Old Bay, basil, oregano, cayenne, and lemon thyme are but a few of the many appropiate choices one could us with eggs) and mix well.

2Pour into pastry shell (Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or untl set) Serves 6
