Ingredients For zesty salmon patties

3 pkg 5 ozpink salmon (skinless & boneless, ready to eat pouches)

1/2 cbread crumbs, seasoned

1/2 conion, chopped

1/4 cmayonnaise

1 Tbspprepared horseradish

2eggs
-
2 Tbspmargarine
How To Make zesty salmon patties

1In large bowl combine all ingredients (not butter). Mix well and make into patties.

2Melt margarine over medium heat in skillet. Fry patties 6-8 minutes. Turning once during cooking.

3Suggest serving with noodles or rice.
