I was at Jungle Jims the other day and I saw this fish that had the scariest set of teeth ever! I was told it was called a wolf fish and that those teeth are for crushing shells. The wolf fish only eats shell fish so the meat is very sweet. If you like crab you'll love this fish! So, of course I bought it!! I took it home and scared my 7 year old with it but then we cooked it up and it was delicious!

Ingredients For wolf fish

3 lbwolf fish, gutted, cleaned, descaled

1orange
-
1onion
-
1 cwhite wine
-
1 corange juice
-
pepper
How To Make wolf fish

1Wash fish off and place in a baking dish

2Slice the onion and orange

3insert orange slices and onion slices into the fish and on top.

4pour the white wine and orange juice overtop of fish

5sprinkle pepper on fish

6Bake fish at 400 degrees for 30 mins
