wisconsin tavern-style broiled haddock
(1 rating)
Wisconsin residents are crazy about our Friday Night Fish Fries. The two most popular choices are Beer Battered Cod or Broiled Haddock. Beer Battered Cod is pretty self-explanatory. The Haddock is actually trickier to get just right. It all comes down to three things... cooking temperature, seasonings and cooking time. Here are all three. A 30-minute meal that couldn't be easier. Enjoy!
