Ingredients For white fish gondola

  • 1 md
    white filleted fish, i.e. cod
  • 2
    cabbage leaves shredded
  • 1
    carrot, sliced thin
  • 4
    baby new potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1
    lime, cut in half
  • 1
    bread stick
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil

How To Make white fish gondola

  • 1
    Preheat oven at 350°F. Rub your fish with the lemon pepper, salt and pepper. On a large piece of aluminium foil, place your cabbage, then your fish with the olive oil on top. Place the carrot and potatoes on the fish. Fold the foil over it all and scrunch the ends up to make it look like a gondola. cook in the over for approx 25 to 35 mins. Take out of the oven and put the whole thing on a plate, along with the lime and bread stick, (as the picture shows). When you open the gondola, a beautiful aroma hits you. Tuck in and enjoy!!!!!!!!
