Ingredients For white fish and smokey bacon kebabs

1 lbwhite fish fillets,cut into chunks. catfish work well also.

1/4 clemon juice
-
1 tsppaprika
-
8strips of maple cured bacon.
How To Make white fish and smokey bacon kebabs

1pre-heat grill on high. in a shallow dish combine lemon juice and paprika.add chunks of fish, toss to coat.

2cut each strip of bacon in half,and wrap around chunks of fish.. secure on skewers (i use double pronged skewers).

3reduce heat on grill to medium-low. place skewers on grill and cook,turing as necessary, untill fish is cooked through. ( abought 8 minutes).
