Ingredients For white fish and smokey bacon kebabs

  • 1 lb
    white fish fillets,cut into chunks. catfish work well also.
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 8
    strips of maple cured bacon.

How To Make white fish and smokey bacon kebabs

  • 1
    pre-heat grill on high. in a shallow dish combine lemon juice and paprika.add chunks of fish, toss to coat.
  • 2
    cut each strip of bacon in half,and wrap around chunks of fish.. secure on skewers (i use double pronged skewers).
  • 3
    reduce heat on grill to medium-low. place skewers on grill and cook,turing as necessary, untill fish is cooked through. ( abought 8 minutes).
