vinadoes
(1 rating)
this recipe was handed down to my mother from her mother. I'm sure I spelled the name wrong cause only my mom could read my grandmothers hand writing lol. I was born & raised in Hawaii. My dad use to go on a fishing trip once a month & he always made sure to catch at least 1 big fish. After he would come home, he would clean the big fish as my mom cleaned & put away the small fishes. My mom would them make the marinade & soak the fish. We knew what was for dinner the next day. My mother also used this marinade for making roast & roasting potatoes. Was so good...
