Ingredients For vietnamese style pan seared bass filet
- FOR THE MARINADE

1 Tbspsesame oil

1 tspeach soy sauce and fish sauce

1 Tbsplemongrass finely chopped

1 clovegarlic minced

1birds eye chili finely chopped
- FOR THE FISH

2bass filets skinless
-
3 Tbspvegetable oil
- TO SERVE

fresh greens and lime wedges
How To Make vietnamese style pan seared bass filet

1Mix the marinade ingredients together and place in a large baggie. Add the bass filets and let marinade at least 1 hour or overnight best.

2Add oil to a large pan. Remove the fish from the marinade reserving the marinade. Sear the filets on each side for about 3 minutes. Remove to a dish and keep warm. Add the marinade to the pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

3Add some greens of choice to a plate. Top with bass filet and drizzle the pan dripping over the fish. Squeeze a little lime and serve
