Almost 4 years ago my Uncle I take care of fell & was in the hospital for almost a year. Where he use to walk on hes own, he now has to use a walker & can't go up stairs to help in the kitchen anymore. But today I made all the ingredients in the kitchen & brought it down stairs to put together. He helped make hes lunch. This was what he plate looked like before he ate lunch.

Ingredients For uncle albert's fishy tuna sandwich

4 slicewhite bread, toasted
-
1 cantuna, packed in water

1/3 cmayonnaise, light

1hand full of chips
-
dashpepper
How To Make uncle albert's fishy tuna sandwich

1frist lightly toast the bread. Open & drain the tuna. Then flake the tuna before you add in the black pepper.

2Next add in the mayo little by little until you get it the way you like it.

3Then spread evenly over the toasted bread. Smash together & add the full hand of chips to your plate.
