i BELIEVE THAT I FIRST HAD THIS DISH YEARS AGO AT RED LOBSTER, I WENT HOME AND RE-CREATED IT TO MY TASTE. THIS IS A FAVORITE WITH MY FAMILY AND I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT! I DO NOT USE MEASUREMENTS WHEN COOKING,SO USE YOU OWN JUDGEMENT WITH THIS.

Ingredients For tuna stuffed baked potatoes
- 4 LG BAKING POTATOES

2 canwater packed tuna,drained

1 cancrm of mushroom soup

1/4 cchopped celery
-
1/4 cchopped green onion
-
1/2 creal mayonaise, not salad dressing

1 canmushrooms,sliced

1/8 tspgranulated garlic or powder
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
2 cshredded cheddar
-
1 Tbspbutter or margerine,melted

1/4 cbacon bits(optional)
How To Make tuna stuffed baked potatoes

1WASH POTATOES THOROUGHLY. PAT DRY AND OIL SKINS. (WE LIKED TO EAT THE SKINS SO I MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEANED). POKE HOLES IN POTATOES AND BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR APPROX 45 MINUTES. SAUTE ONION AND CELERY IN BUTTER FOR 5 MINUTES OR TILL SOFT, ADD TO TUNA ALONG WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS.WHEN POTATOES ARE SOFT,SPLIT OPEN AND ADD TUNA MIXTURE; TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE AND BACON BITS. BAKE FOR APPROX 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL MIXTURE IS HOT AND BUBBLY AND CHEESE IS MELTED. SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM.
