1/2 cheavy cream

- TUNA

2ahi tuna steaks

How To Make tuna steak with lemon dijon cream sauce

1For the cream sauce, dd the lemon juice, Dijon mustard and capers to a sauce pan. Cook 2 minutes. Add the heavy cream and bring to a low boil and cook 3 minutes. Whisk in the butter and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

2Season the Tuna with salt and pepper. Add the butter to a cast iron pan. Sear the tuna in the butter for 3 minutes per side.

3Plate the sauce on on plate, slice the tuna and place on the sauce. Garnish with chives.
