This is an old standard many people make many different ways, but makes the pocketbook go farther in a pinch. Hope you try it my way. But I'll bet it's close to your own recipe. This is also good made up and mixed with a 1/2 pound of cooked, drained macaroni.

Ingredients For tuna salad

2 cantuna in water, drained well

2hard boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 cmiracle whip ( start with 1/2 cup, add more if needed to your own preference

1stalk chopped celery

1/2 smonion, chopped
-
1/2 cdrained, sliced black olives

2 tspmrs. dash

2 Tbspdrained sweet pickle relish
How To Make tuna salad

1drain and flake tuna in a medium sized bowl

2add rest of ingredients, then stir well with a large mixing spoon.

3store in a covered dish in the refrigerator.

4serve with your favorite cracker, bun, bread or in a pita pocket. Great served with sliced tomato and a lettuce leaf
