This is an old standard many people make many different ways, but makes the pocketbook go farther in a pinch. Hope you try it my way. But I'll bet it's close to your own recipe. This is also good made up and mixed with a 1/2 pound of cooked, drained macaroni.

Ingredients For tuna salad

  • 2 can
    tuna in water, drained well
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    miracle whip ( start with 1/2 cup, add more if needed to your own preference
  • 1
    stalk chopped celery
  • 1/2 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    drained, sliced black olives
  • 2 tsp
    mrs. dash
  • 2 Tbsp
    drained sweet pickle relish

How To Make tuna salad

  • 1
    drain and flake tuna in a medium sized bowl
  • 2
    add rest of ingredients, then stir well with a large mixing spoon.

    store in a covered dish in the refrigerator.

    serve with your favorite cracker, bun, bread or in a pita pocket. Great served with sliced tomato and a lettuce leaf
