Ingredients For tuna cashew casserole

  • 3 oz
    can chow mein noodles
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 6 1/2 oz
    can water-packed tuna
  • 1/4 c
    cashews nuts, salted
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make tuna cashew casserole

  • 1
    Set aside 1/3 cup chow mein noodles. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine remaining noodles, soup, water, tuna, nuts, celery, onions,salt and pepper. Sprinkle reserved noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.
