Ingredients For "tuna cakes" exceptionally supreme

1 lgcan tuna or salmon (un-drained)

1 sleevesaltine crackers crushed

2 Tbssoy sauce
-
1/2 tspgarlic pdr

1/2 tsponion pdr

4 tbseach, finely diced green yellow and red bell peppers

2 eggwhites, beaten

1Heat Oven to 350. grease a baking sheet. or spray with cooking spray.

2Place Crushed Crackers in a bowl. Add Tuna or salmon Un-drained. egg whites, soy sauce and spices. Mix until well blended.

3Add; diced peppers stir well.

4Form into 6-8 patties, place on greased baking sheet.

5Bake; for about 8-10 min. turn over and bake another 8-10 min. serve with your favorite side dishes, lemon, or tartar sauce.
