Ingredients For "tuna cakes" exceptionally supreme

  • 1 lg
    can tuna or salmon (un-drained)
  • 1 sleeve
    saltine crackers crushed
  • 2 Tbs
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic pdr
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion pdr
  • 4 tbs
    each, finely diced green yellow and red bell peppers
  • 2 egg
    whites, beaten

How To Make "tuna cakes" exceptionally supreme

    Heat Oven to 350. grease a baking sheet. or spray with cooking spray.

    Place Crushed Crackers in a bowl. Add Tuna or salmon Un-drained. egg whites, soy sauce and spices. Mix until well blended.

    Add; diced peppers stir well.

    Form into 6-8 patties, place on greased baking sheet.

    Bake; for about 8-10 min. turn over and bake another 8-10 min. serve with your favorite side dishes, lemon, or tartar sauce.
