For some weird reason I do not like salmon but I do like tuna. So, we came up with this yummy concoction! My husband likes to use the left overs for a sandwich.

Ingredients For tuna cakes

  • 3 can
    (5 oz) tuna packed in water
  • 1 pkg
    (6 oz) chicken flavored stuffing mix
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    onions - finely diced
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make tuna cakes

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 patties. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes.

    Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add patties to skillet in batches.

    Cook 6 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, turning carefully.
