For some weird reason I do not like salmon but I do like tuna. So, we came up with this yummy concoction! My husband likes to use the left overs for a sandwich.

Ingredients For tuna cakes

3 can(5 oz) tuna packed in water

1 pkg(6 oz) chicken flavored stuffing mix
-
1 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
3/4 cwater
-
1/4 conions - finely diced
-
1/3 cmayonnaise
How To Make tuna cakes

1Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 patties. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes.

2Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add patties to skillet in batches.

3Cook 6 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, turning carefully.
