I served these little gems to my daycare kids for years. They always went over great along with some finger food veggies or veg. soup.

Ingredients For tuna bites

2 cantuna, drained

1egg
-
1 1/2 ccrushed cornflakes

1/2 tsponion powder
-
1/3 cmayonnaise

1 tspmustard
How To Make tuna bites

1Preheat oven to 400°. Combine tuna, 1 cup of the cornflakes, mayonnaise, egg, onion powder and mustard.

2Shape mixture into 1 to 2 inch balls. Roll balls in remaining 1/2 up of cornflakes. ( I forgot this step in the picture, so I guess it's not mandatory.)

3Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with tartar or cocktail sauce or mixture of mayonnaise & ketchup or mayonnaise & mustard.
