Ingredients For tuna and peas with whole wheat spagetti

1 cantomato puree large can

1 smonion
-
2 clovegarlic crushed
-
2 Tbspolive oil

1/4 cred wine

1 Tbspsugar

2 cantuna (packed in water)

1 canpeas
-
2 Tbspromano cheese
-
3/4 lbwhole wheat thin spaghetti

4 cwater to boil pasta
How To Make tuna and peas with whole wheat spagetti

1Put olive oil in pot. Brown the onion and garlic

2Add the tomato puree and let it cook for about 30 minutes

3Add the wine and then the sugar. Simmer another 30 minutes

4Break the tuna apart and add to tomato sauce

5Add the peas and cheese, simmer for another 15 minutes.

6Boil water for pasta. Add salt and pasta. Cook pasta for about 10 minutes

7Drain pasta, put sauce over the pasta and serve

8Add more grated Romano cheese to taste
