Ingredients For tilapia florentine with granola feta crust

4 cfresh baby spinach

1 lbtilapia fillets fresh or frozen and thawed

1 cancream of broccoli soup

3/4 cwater
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 Tbspchopped fresh oregano leaves

1 clovegarlic finely chopped

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/4 ccrumbled feta cheese
-
1/4 clow fat granola
-
2 chot cooked brown rice without salt
How To Make tilapia florentine with granola feta crust

1Place spinach into shallow 11x8 glass or ceramic baking dish. Cover spinach evenly with tilapia. Combine soup, water, lemon juice, oregano, garlic and pepper in a small saucepan at medium heat.

2Heat just to a boil stirring occasionally. Pour evenly over tilapia. Combine cheese and granola well in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over tilapia.

3Bake uncovered at 450 until fish is cooked through and flakes easily 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Serve with rice.
