Ingredients For teriyaki salmon fillets
- MARINADE/SAUCE

1/4 clow sodium soy sauce
-
2 Tbspmirin
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 Tbsprice wine vinegar
-
1 tspsesame oil
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tspginger, minced
- OTHER INGREDIENTS

1 tspcornstarch
-
1 Tbspwater
-
1 Tbspoil

4salmon fillets, skinless
-
sesame seeds, for garnish
-
green onions, sliced thinly, for garnish
How To Make teriyaki salmon fillets

1Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

2Put salmon fillets in a plastic bag and pour over 1/2 of the sauce ingredients.

3Let marinate for 30-40 minutes.

4Heat oil to medium in a large enough pan to cook all the fillets at once. Cook fillets 3-5 minutes on each side depending on the size of fillets, until fillets are done.

5Put the rest of the marinade in a small pan. Mix in the water and cornstarch and heat until marinade is simmering and is thickened.

6Serve fillets with the thickened marinade and any garnishes.
