I REALLY dislike bottled Tartar Sauce from the grocery store .... but loved the one from my favorite seafood restaurant!! So, I put my "taste buds" to work and came up with this recipe. I always serve this along with my fried shrimp, crawfish, crab cakes, and MY FAVORITE ... fried catfish!!! I've also used this as a spread on fish and seafood sandwiches!!

Ingredients For tartar sauce

1/2 cmayonaise, (blue plate)

2 Tbspsalad dressing (miracle whip)

1/8 csweet pickle relish (mt olive)

1 1/2 tspsugar, white granulated

1/2 tspparsley flakes, dried

1/4 tsponion powder
How To Make tartar sauce

1In small bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix thoroughly.

2Store in refrigerator. Make at least 2-4 hours before using, to give the flavors time to blend. It's really best if made the day before!!!!
