Ingredients For tartar sauce

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    minced dill pickle
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp
    capers
  • 2 tsp
    grated onion
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make tartar sauce

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill before serving. Serve with fish or shellfish. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
