An old high school friend gave this recipe to me on facebook lol. She had said she made it for her hubby and it was amazing so I thought I would share it :) I have every intention of fixing myself.

Ingredients For tamarind shrimp

1/3 clemon infused extra virgin olive oil
-
3 clovegarlic, sliced

1 tspred pepper flakes
-
2 tsppaprika
-
2 lbshell on deveined jumbo shrimp

2 Tbspchopped fresh basil
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make tamarind shrimp

1Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat; cook & stir the garlic in the oil until translucent. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes and paprika into the oil.

2Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Allow to cook until the shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center, 1 to 2 minutes more.

3Reduce heat to medium-low; add the basil and toss lightly. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
