Ingredients For sweet-n-spicy stir-fry shrimp

1-1/2 lblg shrimp, peeled, deveined

3 tspminced garlic

1 tspground ginger
-
1-1/2 tspcrushed red pepper

1 lgegg white
-
2 tspcornstarch
-
3/4 cheinz ketchup
-
1/2 clow-sodium chicken broth
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1-1/2 tsppepper
-
1-1/2 tspkosher salt
-
1/4 ccanola oil
-
3scallions, thinly sliced
How To Make sweet-n-spicy stir-fry shrimp

1In lg bowl, toss together shrimp, garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper, egg white and 1 tsp cornstarch until well coated.

2In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, broth, sugar, salt & pepper. Add remaining cornstarch. Whisk well. In a wok or lg skillet, heat oil until hot.

3Add shrimp mix and stir-fry over high heat until shrimp is pink. Stir in ketchup mix and simmer, stirring for 2 mins. Stir in scallions and serve.
