Ingredients For swai fish in cream sauce.

  • 2-4 lb
    swai fish: you could also use trout, cod or halibut
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    bread crumbs

How To Make swai fish in cream sauce.

    In a greased 13 by 9 inch pan, lay the fish of your choice.

    Sprinkle with lemon juice, dill and salt and pepper.

    Pour over cream and sprinkle with crumbs.

    Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 oven.
