How To Make sunflower crusted trout

1Rinse the fish fillets and pat them day.in the bowl of a food processor,chop sunflower seeds to fine meal.scrape the sunflower seed meal onto a plate and combine with cornmeal,flour,and pepper.dredge both sides of each fillet with mixture.

2Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over med to high heat.add the fillets and pan-fry them,them once, for about 3 min on each side,until they are browned and crisp But not overcooked.serve hot.
