1/2 cchopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 stickchopped parsley

How To Make sun-dried tomato-crusted tilapia fillets

1Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

2In small bowl, combine all ingredients except fillets. On prepared baking sheet, arrange fillets; evenly top with mayonnaise mixture.

3Bake 10 minutes. Set oven to broil, then broil fillets until tops are golden and fish flakes with fork.
