Ingredients For sun-dried tomato-crusted tilapia fillets

  • 1/2 c
    hellmann's real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 stick
    chopped parsley
  • 4 to 6
    tilapia

How To Make sun-dried tomato-crusted tilapia fillets

    Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

    In small bowl, combine all ingredients except fillets. On prepared baking sheet, arrange fillets; evenly top with mayonnaise mixture.

    Bake 10 minutes. Set oven to broil, then broil fillets until tops are golden and fish flakes with fork.
