Ingredients For stuffed whitefish

3 lbdressed whitefish or other fish, boned

1/4 cchopped onion

12 ozcan whole kernel corn, drained

2 Tbspchopped canned pimiento

1/8 tspdried thyme, crushed

2 Tbspsalad oil

paprika, for garnish, if necessary

How To Make stuffed whitefish

1Sprinkle inside of fish with salt. Place in well greased shallow baking pan.

2In a saucepan cook onion and pepper in butter. Stir in next 4 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt Spread stuffing loosely over fillets. Roll fillets and place seam side down, in pan

3Brush with oil; cover with foil. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes
