Use a large ice cream scoop for dinner portions or a mini ice cream scoop for appetizers portion. These sound odd but really are YUMMY!!!

Ingredients For stuffed tuna patties

  • 2 can
    tuna in spring water
  • 1 pkg
    chicken flavored stuffing mix
  • 1 c
    bagged shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise, light
  • 2 Tbsp
    pickle relish, sweet
  • 3/4 c
    cold water

How To Make stuffed tuna patties

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Remove from fridge and using a large ice cream scoop, scoop up mixture and drop gently into a preheat (med heat) nonstick skillet. Gently flatten tuna patty.

    Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Gently turn. Serv while hot with coleslaw, potato salad, mini corn on the cob!
