1/2 cfinely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1/4 cfinely chopped fresh chervil

3/4 stickbutter, unsalted at room temp

How To Make stuffed oysters

1Blend the shallots, parsley, and chervil well with the butter in a medium bowl. Spoon the herbed butter onto the oysters in their shell. arrange the oysters in a broiler pan. place under a hot broiler until the butter is melted and the edges of the oysters begin to curl, just a few minutes. done ummmmm
