Ingredients For stuffed oysters

  • 1/4 c
    coarsely chopped shallots
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped fresh chervil
  • 3/4 stick
    butter, unsalted at room temp
  • 12
    oysters on the half shell

How To Make stuffed oysters

    Blend the shallots, parsley, and chervil well with the butter in a medium bowl. Spoon the herbed butter onto the oysters in their shell. arrange the oysters in a broiler pan. place under a hot broiler until the butter is melted and the edges of the oysters begin to curl, just a few minutes. done ummmmm
