Ingredients For stuffed bell peppers

6 mdbell peppers, any color will work

1 lbcooked bay shrimp

1/2 mdonion, minced

1/2loaf of "cheesy goat bread" (recipe at this website), finely chopped

6 Tbspparmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed bell peppers

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Core peppers and place in 13x9 baking dish.

3Chop shrimp, onion, and CHEESY GOAT BREAD (recipe on this website) to the consistence you prefer. Stuff peppers.

4Top each pepper with a tbsp of Parmesan cheese. Foil baking dish and bake until peppers are tender.
