2 cstir fry mix

3 Tbspminced pickled garlic

1 canchopped tomatoes (15 oz)

1 tspcayenne pepper

1 cangreen chiles
How To Make stovetop spicy cod

1Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Sprinkle Cod chunks with lime juice and set aside.

2Add broth to Skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add stir fry mix and garlic and cook, stirring frequently until vegetables are softened. Add cayenne and stir. .

3Stir in cod, tomatoes and chiles. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 4-5 minutes.

4Serve over quinoa, rice or couscous.
