This is a great recipe when in a hurry for something good to eat..this is my go to recipe when I crave some crab stir fry and only have imitation crab on hand. It is very tasty.

Ingredients For stirfry imitation crab

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 cchopped onion

1/2 cred bell pepper , cut into strips

1 csnow peas

1/2 cbutton mushrooms, coarsely chopped

1 tspground ginger
-
1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 tspred pepper flakes,optional

1/2 cstir fry sauce
-
12 ozimitation crabmeat,pulled apart

soy sauce to taste, if desired

4 ccooked rice
How To Make stirfry imitation crab

1Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir vegetables, ginger,pepper flakes and garlic. Cook stirring often, until barely tender( cover with lid and add a little water if using fresh vegetables- not necessary if using packaged frozen stir fry vegetables). Add sauces and crab and stir to combine. Serve over cooked rice and soy sauce ,if desired. .

2stir fry sauce- you can use either kind of sauce- or make your own.(from a bottle or sauce from a pouch of sauce). You can also use frozen instead of fresh vegetables.
