This is the base for a do your own thing meal. You could use a different fish. Or add more vegetables. I often add snowpeas, sliced carrots and/or bean sproats. I used to serve it with rice but now that I'm trying to keep low carb I eat it as is.

Ingredients For steamed fish

1/2nappa cabbage

2haddock filets
-
1 csoy sauce, low sodium

1 tsprice vinegar

1 Tbspginger root slices

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspcooking sherry
How To Make steamed fish

1Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger slices, garlic and cooking sherry.

2Marinate fish for 10-30 minutes.

3If not using electric steamer, start the water boiling.

4Arrange cabbage in steamer.

5Place fish on top of cabbage and any other vegetables.

6Steam fish and vegetables for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes.
