4firm fish filets like sole, bass, flounder, trout
- GINGER MARINADE

2 Tbsprice wine or saki

1 1/2 Tbspgrated ginger

1 tsptoasted sesame oil
- CILANTRO SAUCE

6 Tbspchicken stock

3 Tbspsoy sauce

1/4 cfresh cilantro chopped
How To Make steamed fish with cilantro sauce

1Mix the marinade ingredients together. Place the fish filets on plastic wrap pour the marinade over and rub through all filets. Wrap and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

2Place fish in a steamer and steam for 8 to 10 minutes. Depending how thick the fish is.

3While the fish is steaming. Add the sauce ingredients to a saucepan and cook until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat

4Serve the steamed fish with the cilantro sauce
