Ingredients For spicy tex-mex tuna salad

2 pkg6.5 oz. pkgs. chunk light tuna solid pack (or 2 cans drained)

1/2 cripe olives, sliced

1/2 cgreen onions, chopped
-
1/2 ccelery, chopped fine
-
2/3 cpicante sauce
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 tspground cumin
-
shredded lettuce
-
12taco shells
How To Make spicy tex-mex tuna salad

1In a bowl, combine tuna, olives, green onions, and celery.

2Combine picante sauce with sour cream and cumin - mix well. Add to tuna mixture.

3Toast taco shells according to pkg. instructions and let cool slightly.

4To serve - line taco shells with shredded lettuce. Spoon tuna on top. Drizzle additional picante sauce over tuna. Feel free to add shredded cheese as well.
