Ingredients For spiced tilapia with zucchini and carrot noodles

  • 2 sm
    zucchini
  • 1 md
    carrot
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder
  • 4
    tilapia fillets
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    pico de gallo

How To Make spiced tilapia with zucchini and carrot noodles

    Trim the zucchini and carrot ends and use a spiralizer and spiral the vegetables. Set aside
  • 2
    Mix the cumin, salt, smoked paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle the mixture on both sides of the tilapia.

    Add oil to a skillet. Cook the tilapia 3 minutes per side or until flaky. Remove and keep warm. In the same pan add the minced garlic and veggies. Cook until soften about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve the Pico de Gallo over the fish and the veggies on the side.
