Ingredients For spice of life lox pinwheels

1 pkglavash bread *4 slices*

8 ozphiladelphia cream cheese. softened

1zest of lemon

4 pinchcrushed red pepper

4 Tbspgreen onion, sliced thin

1 mdshallot, sliced thin

8cherry tomatoes, sliced thin

2 tspcapers
-
8 ozlox slices
-
4 ozspinach leaves
How To Make spice of life lox pinwheels

1Combine cream cheese, lemon zest and crushed red pepper in a small mixing bowl. Mix well and spread on all 4 slices of bread.

2On 2/3 of the bread, assemble green onion, shallot, tomatoes, capers, lox and spinach leaves.

3With veggies and lox side closet to you, start to roll. Roll tightly. Seal the end. Roll in plastic wrap. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes or longer.

4Slice into 1 1/4 inch pieces with a serrated knife. Enjoy!
