Kudos to Chef Andy Anderson for lending his cooking advice and suggestions. Thanks for all you do for us! This humble recipe is just too good not to be shared! The Air Fryer is a wonderful way to cook salmon. Once you try it, you won't want to do it any other way. The salmon is done to perfection in 12 minutes. It takes only a few minutes to prep, and there are endless possibilities for seasoning. I made salmon for lunch, today, and it only took 17 minutes to prepare from start to finish! So have fun with this recipe. It will definitely get you started in the right direction. Enjoy!

How To Make bonnie’s so good salmon
-
1Note Before We Begin: I cut my fillets to fit my air fryer basket. Mine only cooks 3 fillets at a time. (3 servings) it takes 12 minutes for each batch. You will want to make sure you grease your air fryer basket so the fish doesn't stick. Time and Temp: This was the time and temperature that Andy gave me. It is spot on. Set your Air Fryer to 400F. Cooking time: 10 minutes with a bit of rare in the middle 12 minutes for medium rare. 14 minutes for well done and flaky Of course, this depends on the thickness of the salmon. (Mine was 1 inch thick) Do check the salmon at 10 or 12 minutes to see how done it is to suit you.

2Let's Begin: Mix all the spices together. Brush each fillet with a bit of oil, Tamari, and add a good pinch of the spice mix before cooking. Place the seasoned fillets in the greased air fryer basket. turn on your Air Fryer. (400F for 12 minutes) When the fish is done to your liking, serve immediately. Note: Tartar sauce is optional, but it is delicious served with dill tartar sauce.
