Ingredients For shrimp & wild rice casserole
-
2 lbcooked shrimp
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
4green onions (tops & bottoms) chopped
-
1 smgreen pepper diced small
-
1/2 lbsliced mushrooms
-
2 cancream of mushroom soup, use 1/2 can of water
-
1/4 cwhite wine or sherry both work well

3/4 chalf and half
-
1 Tbspworchester sauce
-
1/8 tspgarlic powder
-
3 ccooked wild rice
-
1 cgrated swiss cheese
How To Make shrimp & wild rice casserole

1Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add soup, water, 1/2 & 1/2 and wine or sherry. Mix well and heat through.

2Add all the ingredients except the cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

3Transfer to a greased casserole

4Sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Approximately 45 mins. Enjoy!
