My brother just loves this shrimp dish, I do, too, but not so much of the spiciness. I like just a touch of heat. But of course, you put the heat to your taste.

Ingredients For shrimp w/spicy hot garlic sauce

2 lbshrimp, uncooked, cleaned, deveined, leave the tails on

3 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspoyster sauce

1 Tbspchili oil
-
1 Tbspsesame oil
-
2 Tbspmirin (japanese cooking wine)

1 tspred chili pepper flakes
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
3 clovegarlic, finely chopped

2stalks green onions, thinly sliced
How To Make shrimp w/spicy hot garlic sauce

1In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the olive oil, garlic and green onions.

2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add in the garlic, don't burn it, about 30 seconds, it will be bitter if you do.

3Add the shrimp, just cook till both sides are pink, about a minute and a half.

4Add all the sauce mixture and stir so the shrimp just cooks. Do not over cook the shrimp it will become rubbery.

5Remove from heat and place onto a serving platter and garnish with green onions.
