Ingredients For shrimp versailles

2 lbunpeeled large fresh shrimp

2green onions, sliced

3 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted

1 pkgcream cheese, cubed, 8 oz.

1/4 cmilk
-
1/2 cShredded swiss cheese, 2 oz

1/4 cdry white wine

1 dashground red pepper
-
1/4 cfine dry bread crumbs (store bought)

2 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted

12 ozdried angel hair pasta
How To Make shrimp versailles

1Peel shrimp. Devein in desired

2Cook green onions in 3 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat til tender. Add shrimp. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or til shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon

3Add cream cheese and milk to skillet; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, til cheese melts. Stir in Swiss cheese and wine. Add shrimp and red pepper; cook, stirring constantly just til heated. Pour shrimp mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix breadcrumbs and 2 Tbsp. butter; sprinkle over casserole. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or til golden. serve shrimp mixture over hot cooked pasta. Makes 6 servings.
