Ingredients For shrimp or crawfish etoufee’

1 lbboiled shrimp or crawfish

1/2 cchopped celery
-
3/4 cchopped onion
-
2 cloveminced garlic
-
1 stickbutter
-
1/4 cchopped parsley
-
2 tspcornstarch
-
1 smcan tomato sauce
-
2 dashdrops of zatarains liquid shrimp & crab boil concentrate

1/2 cwater
-
cooked rice
How To Make shrimp or crawfish etoufee’

1Melt butter in large frying pan.

2Sauté onions, celery & garlic until tender (5 minutes).

3Add ½ cup water & simmer covered for 15 minutes.

4Stir in shrimp & parsley.

5Dissolve cornstarch in ½ cup water & combine with mixture.

6Add tomato sauce & Zatarains Concentrate.
-
7Mix thoroughly, cover & cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8Serve over hot rice.
