1 lbshelled and deveined large shrimp

1/4 csoy sauce

2 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspground cumin

1/2 tspchili powder

2 clovegarlic (minced)

1/2 smbunch fresh cilantro

3 Tbspvegetable oil

How To Make shrimp java

1Combine shrimp, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, cumin, chili powder, and garlic in a large bowl; stir until well mixed. Marinate 15 minutes

2Remove and discard large stems from the cilantro. Rinse cilantro in a bowl of water several times to remove sand. Drain cilantro and dry in salad spinner. Coarsely chop cilantro.

3Heat a wok over high heat about 1 minute or until hot. Drizzle oil into the wok and heat 30 seconds. Add shrimp mixture. Stir fry about 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and opaque. Add half of cilantro; toss to combine. transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice.
