Ingredients For shrimp ettouffee'

  • 1 lb
    shrimp or crawfish
  • 2 md
    onions, yellow, medium
  • 1 c
    butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 lg
    bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic peeled and chopped small
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • cajun seasioning to taste
  • parsley fresh & green onion top both chopped

How To Make shrimp ettouffee'

    Melt Butter add Yellow Onions cook a couple of min add every thing else except tomato sauce and Seafood let this cook 5 min add 3 cup water then add 1 can of tomato sauce and seafood cook 5 more min and it's ready servre Over Rice.
