Ingredients For shrimp & crab alfredo pizza

4burrito sized flour tortillas
- ALFREDO SAUCE

3 Tbspbutter, unsalted

3 Tbspall purpose flour

1 1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 tspfreshly grated nutmeg

1 cancanned crabmeat, flaked (6 oz)

1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
salt & pepper to taste
- ONIONS & MUSHROOMS

1 conions, chopped

1 cmushrooms, fresh, sliced

1 Tbspbutter, unsalted
-
1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
- SHRIMP
-
2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined, raw
-
2 Tbspbutter, unsalted

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspcilantro, fresh, chopped

1 1/2 Tbspold bay seasoning

juice of 1 lemon
- TOPPERS

2 citalian cheese, shredded

How To Make shrimp & crab alfredo pizza

1Put tortillas on cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 5-10 min till they get crispy

2Make Alfredo sauce: melt butter in saucepan add flour stir and cook for 3-4 min till it loses that raw flour smell. Add milk, then seasonings simmer, stirring constantly till thickened and bubbly. Add crab and cheese. Stir to combine. Spread 1/4 of sauce on each tortilla

3In sauté pan, melt butter, add oil put in onion and sauté for about 4-5 min till translucent. Add mushrooms and garlic. Sauté another 2-3 min. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir to coat. Put 1/4 of mixture on each pizza.

4In same pan melt butter and add oil. Add shrimp, garlic, lemon and seasonings. Sauté till shrimp is pink. Place 1/4 of shrimp on each pizza.

5Top pizzas with cheese and cilantro. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min till cheese is melted. Serve hot. Can cut into pieces or serve whole.
