shrimp cakes
(1 rating)
It's summer time, which means it's time to break out the grill and put some shrimp on the barbie. However, this shrimp recipe calls for grinding up the shrimp and making shrimp cakes, or shrimp sliders. Top it with some mango salsa (or your favorite salsa), or perhaps even some greek yogurt, throw it in a bun (if desired), and enjoy a healthy, fresh, light summer meal.

-
2Next, add the shrimp, cilantro, chives and garlic to the food processor and pulse until it becomes a textured paste.

3Add the shrimp mixture to the bowl and stir to combine.
